He has a strong background in web development, data science, and project management, and has worked on projects ranging from weather analysis to carcinogen research. Albert has a passion for working on projects that promote social good and improve the quality of life. Currently working as a Technical Delivery Director at NCS Group, Albert is responsible for delivering Azure Cloud Solutions for an Australian Telco client, which includes data engineering, orchestration, and machine learning delivery solutions. He is proficient in various Azure Cloud Services, such as Azure Databricks, Azure Datafactory, and Azure Synapse. Before joining NCS Group, Albert worked as a Principal Consultant at Thakral One, where he collaborated with clients to improve grounded and practical outcomes. He was involved in various projects, including POC for Preventive Maintenance for Geothermal Wells, POC Recommendation Engine for a Lights supply retail company, and AWS Cloud Architecture Solution for a Digital Insurance Tech Company. Albert also worked as a Senior Manager in Data Engineering, Analytics, and Data Science at RingCentral, where he led ML models for sales retention, churn, and upsell. He supported Global Sales and Operations by automating, managing, and reporting Tableau dashboards and metrics. Albert is a co-founder of Data Engine Training and Consultancy (DETC) Philippines and an administrator for Data Science Manila FB, where he educates and connects local communities on data science projects, data science hires, and growing the data science network to become a Center of Excellence.
